how about a plugin that disables contacts features like blocking you/ deleteing u, and a feature to change the backround for msn messenger u cant do that with messenger 6.2 its gay and a feature like, handwriting plugin, accept u can draw and have more features and paste how are those ideas

First suggestion: Impossible, and an ivasion of privacy.
Second suggestion: Create/change lvback.gif in the Messenger folder.
Third suggestion: I know of a program called InfoPen which may be what you want.
