i click on the usual circle icon and play emotion sounds and they on the other end can hear it but i cant, also wen someone sends a sound to me they can hear it but i cant

help!!

search around the forums for this problem it's common

If it's just with Plus sounds, go to Plus > Preferences > General options > Sound, and change the codec.
