I was just wondering if anyone knows of, or is interested in developing a plugin which displays the text messages received, on the screen, when running a full screen DirectX application.
Maybe the text would scroll across the top of the screen or something.
Anyway, I realise how hard this would be to do... but I thought I'd ask anyway.
hhmmm... A plugin that displays the incomming msgs in a external window shouldn't be that difficult... But I don't know about the other part, making it ontop of games/movies/whatever.... maybe directx could be used but I even think it could be done without directx programming??? I don't know for sure, haven't done much work with DX....
