can some one plez tell me what windows messanger is. Is it like msn messanger or is it totaly diffrent

Think of Windows Messenger as a more business aimed version of MSN Messenger...whereas MSN Messenger is designed for a home user Windows Messenger is aimed at businesses...and has features to suit

They are both exactly the same features i think.. But msn has much more windows is much more plain more busniss like.. Msn is more playful lol... in my words i guess.. i dont touch windows i feel its very annoying...

Also, Windows Messenger comes with Windows XP.

Wrong, Windows Messenger contains the API's for Remote Assistance, Whiteboard and Application sharing...these are not a part of MSN Messenger although they can be initiated through it. Also Windows Messenger can connect to the Communications Service and Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging whereas MSN Messenger itself can't...

How is it annoying?...It does nothing apart from improve features on your computer...and MSN Messenger

let's just say they aren't API's... api = application programming interface so please don't mention that again, and you've said that multiple times... i don't want to interfere, but just don't do it anymore, k? it can confuse people sometimes...
