Is it possible to get other MSN users IP, without directly asking them? ex. via Msg +???

no.

just send them a pic.
while its doing the procees
Start
Run
type:cmd
now type netstat -n
or just plain nestat and look for it there


or the simple way...if they have messenger plus. just tell to typ (!IP) and tell them it does something really cool

that doesn't work allways. There are cases where that doesn't work. (search other threads for further explanation)

no. You can use the netstat that comes with windows, or TCPViewer, form sysinternals.com

okay, but i'm on windows 98 and the windows netstat is not in windows 98 (not in mine)

try to use TCPViewer instead (or any other one)
