Hey,

Not sure if you can already do this with Plus! but in the same way that you can 'Display Contact on Desktop' is it possible to make a similar box that floats on your desktop (or always on top) an drops down the status options (online, away, busy, brb etc) when you click on it?

Would come in very useful to me, and im sure others too.

Im sure you clever guys could whip up that plugin no problem

I don't like it either, go to your contactlist or just right-click on the messenger icon...

Remember that Messenger Plus! never meant to be a replacement of your contactlist. As I said in another thread, the desktop contacts is as far as Plus! should go "outside" Messenger. Plus! is NOT a replacement for 1000 of tools and programs (and lazy people), it still is and will always be a Messenger addon, nothing more, nothing less...

personally, i have to agree AND disagree....
sure, this would be a nice feature...but like the others said...just use the icon dude...its fast, and easy. or hell...just set up a personalized status for each status..and have keyboard shortcuts for each...
the reason i disagree with Cookie -  is according to his oppinion on 'lazy people' and how Plus! shouldnt replace all the features of msn... Because if your a person with alot of work to do...you want the best, fastest, easiest, most efficient way to do what you need to do so you dont waste time...also, on some computers - showing and hiding the messenger contact window takes time and uses system resources(if the computer is of low quality or if there are too many programs running, etc...), often more so than simple boxes on the desktop...
