I think this is a MSN problem hence it being in MSN/Windows Messenger I have MSN 6.2 Plus 3.25 sometimes mainly on a certain contact (but sometimes on other people) I send a file or they send a file and it doesn't appear is the a crappy little messnger problem or something like an IP/Firewall probelm?

I also sometime experience this problem.

When I send a contact a file, they can't see it to accept.

I think it may have something to do with firewall.
