Can someone help me with the Boss protection mode...

i don't have Spleak
i've reinstalled messenger and messenger plus
i havent changed shortcut keys- and have tried different ones

This may sound stupid, but is it enabled You might have accidentally not ticked this or something .

Did you enable boss protection (plus > preferences > privacy protection > boss protection (tab)..check "enable the boss protection feature")?

If you have and it still isn't working i suggest you uninstall plus! including preferences, reboot, reinstall plus! and try again.
