O.P. Custom Names Incorrectly Ordered
With custom names enabled, they are not listed alphabetically but by e-mail address.

If this is not a bug, then would it be possible to add the option to organise alphabetically, because it makes it far easier to find people online.

Yeah, it can only be ordered by email addresses. Its a limitation, so that feature cant be added, sorry :)
