A friend of mine sent me this screenshot of her msn 7. That gift box doesn't appear on my msn.

Can anybody explain this?

well i assume you are also running messenger 7. the gift box you refer to are packs which you can download which might include smilies, background, display pics or winks. dont worry you are not missing much because the only one that works is some halo2 stuff, the rest doesnt work. its not that useful at the moment. if you are using 7 it may just be that you need to sign back in although you have problay tried that. if all other help from people fails just reinstall.
