hi...this is my first time here and i really need help!!
thing is....i woke up this morning to see the following icons on my desktop: ''Bingo'', "Casino Online", "Printer Cartridges", "Website Hosting", "Card Games", "Travel", "Poker". I dont know how they got there but i remember that u get these after installing plus....but i havent installed plus recently....And the real problem is that i cant delete them...right click doesnt work...nor does any spyware/adware remover.

I heard a lot of people saying they had this appearing on their desktop the past few days. They all said they didn't install anything on their computer lately . If the uninstall that Underlord gave you didn't work, than it has got nothing to do with Plus! normally.

i thought they just came with the sponsor program when you download messenger plus, i always get them when i download it with the sponsor.

Nah, you only get em on your desktop when you click YES on the sponsoragreement. But loads of other programs install them too, often without a choice..it's the reason why ppl should read the agreements before clickin yes (or just continue clickin "next", lots of ppl do)

Indeed this may very well be related to the sponsor program. Check out How to uninstall ad-ware/sponsor to see how to get rid of them.

If you have already used other ways to try and remove them then it might be needed to reboot, reinstall Plus! with the sponsor, reboot, uninstall and reboot again. This because the uninstaller might have got corrupt when you used other means of removal, which did not work properly.

hey all....thanx 4 replying but the problem got solved in a weird way....this is what i did:
i uninstalled msg plus, reboot my PC, then reinstalled msg plus with sponsor program...thts it...the icons were gone!
really weird...im afraid to uninstall the sposnor n reinstall plus w/o it coz i dont want them to reappear...oh well...ive disabled the toolbar interface in internet explorer n ive got popup blocker so i shd b fine...
