I downloaded and opened the Monty Python sound plugin but i don't see anything in my messenger windows

Does this work or what do i have to do??

Look under Plus! > Plugins - all the commands are listed there.
You may have to press Alt to see the menu.

Edit: You did look at the list in the ReadMe didn't you?

the plug in window is empty and i guess therefor when i use a command i get the respond the the command in not reccognized.

You should have run the .exe inside the ZIP file. This will install the plugin properly.
