Hi!

I've just changed my e-mail adress in my passport.net/messenger account. And now, all my contact are offline! all the time, all the people. My e-mail adress is verified, so I really don't know what to do now!

Anyone can help?

Well, your contacts need to accept first before you can see em online....just wait

but they were already in my contact list!  i've just changed my e-mail adresse. My GF doesn't even see me on her computer (in the other room).

Well if you have changed your address, it means they are not on your list, since this would be a new account.

1) Are they really offline or are they not in your list? Please note that contacts do not move if you change account.

2) They might have the feature to prevent everyone not on their list from seeing them online, mabye they didn't add your new address?

3) Possible server problems?

I've deleted and added each contact manually and it works great! Thanks everyone!

well done. just to tell you for future reference. you can export your contact list and load it in a diferent accoutn all at once.

goto Contacts -> Save Contact List to export
Contacts -> Import contacts list to add!
