I want to send some files but I don't want people to see where the file came from. Is there any way that this is possible??

but there is a plugin that you can use to send emails anonymously check here

although, accepting files from unknown people is risky so would they accept the files...?

Dodgy if you ask me

1. What person in their right mind would accept a file from which they wouldn't know who it came from...

2. Why would you want to do that anyway?

I think you guys gots the wrong end of the stick.

Perhaps use the proxy setting within Messenger.  You can google for a list of Sock proxys
