how do i fix this problem?

Nero is not listing my dvd burner.

do you have correct drivers installed for the burner?

i should have, i installed all the drivers for the dvd burner, a long time ago.

Did nero work anytime before with your dvd burner?

have u tried unpdating nero ?? and are u sure u slected the rite optionss for dvd burning and so on

i dont know if im right but isnt it like this when u get nero u have to make sure it has ur system requirements because my friend downloaded Nero off of Kazaa and it didnt work for him and he asked this computer dude and he said u have to have like the same system requirements for both of them
