O.P. Removing Messenger Plus 3.5

Hey all,

Can anyone help me - I want to remove Messenger Plus from my computer - as it is making it realy slow. I will reinstall it on my own computer once I've managed to deliet it from this one.

Can anyone give me a tutorial on how to do so?
