I have messenger 7.0 BETA and messenger plus 3.50.124 and they worked fine wen i first installed them but now when i sign up it just comes up with 'Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close' I have uninstalled and reinstalled both but tht hasnt helped at all. I am using Windows XP, dus anyone know what is wrong?

uninstall MSN by going to start > control panel > add or remove programs and then uninstall MSN from there

then download and install the latest version

get the newest messenger from here it is not a beta (it's v. 7.0.0777):
