O.P. Handwrite Feature
Whenever I want to use the handwrite feature, I get a pop-up that says "To Use The Handwrite Feature, You May Need To Install Or Update Software.  For Details on Enabling or Hiding The Handwrite Feature Click Help" 

When I click help it goes to:

and yea I don't know what to do after that, because I don't know what those programs do to make the handwrite feature.  Any help would be appreciated.

download the files and install them and see is it works or not....
