O.P. why can't add custom emoticon in the panal

as shown above, button is grey out

I'm using msn messegner 7.0 released version and msgplus 3.50.124

I think panel 1 is reserved for messenger defalt emoticons

This bug has been fixed in version 3.51 which will be released in a couple of days.
