Is there such a patch that would disable all incoming nudges but still allow me to nudge others? thx

yes there is A-Patch which you can get here

There is a feature that disables your messenger window from shaking when someone sends you a nudge and there is also another feature in that, that disables the nudge time intervals(you can send unlimited nudges aka no time limit for nudges)
