how do i setup Object Dock?

when i first run it i get the two bars on the screen, how do i get rid of them? and make a new bar?

here is a pic of what i mean:

Right click > Dock Settings, then in the menu, press "My Docks", and delete the ones that you don't want.

i cannot delete them.

this is what i get when i go to the screen to delete them.

It shouldn't be doing that, maybe you should try reinstalling it or something...
