hi there,

am new here so sorry if ive posted in the wrong section or something.

there is a problem with either my msn or messenger plus! or both . please help me out.

when i connect my msn ( version 7.0 build 7.0.0813) with messenger plus (version 3.54.132) it just wont connect, even if it does which is a rare occasion, i see no contact list at all.

i have now removed messenger plus and messenger seems to work fine.

please help me out on this

This "invisible" contact list is common and no one has a pure solution.  What specific error message do you get when you cant connect sometimes?

thanks for replying, no i dont think my problem is similar to the one you referred to.

how do i include a picture on my post? i could upload how the window looks when it does connect on rare occasions.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, if you press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, open MS Paint and go to Edit > Paste

Then file>save as>

If you click post reply you can upload an attachment.

Alternativly, use an image hosting service such as:

http://www.imageshack.us

and copy in the Hotlink for Forum 1 code.

Was'nt this bug fixed in the new version

well i have the new version only

Could you just check for us please? Help > About MSN and type in the version or post a screenshot
