What about if you added an option to add a contact that was a computer and didnt reply for typing in commands and testing out plugins?

You mean just adding a user that is always online yet never does anything? Might be useful. I'd try it if I weren't busy with finals.

maybe just make something that will let you talk to your self but a new chat window wouldn't pop up after you talk? i would like that

Yeah would be useful, atm i just use Bot2k3 as an open window to test stuff.....
