Hi everyone.

I recently purchased a new computer, and I am often having troubles attempting to lock my MSN.

My key shortcut is Ctrl+2, and my old computer would automatically lock it to tray, and require a password to unlock.

However, often when I press Ctrl+2, nothing happens. I then go Plus! > Lock Messenger and I get the following message.

"Sorry, you must sign-in at least once before you can use this feature.

If you're already signed-in, please restart Messenger, sign-in and try again."

However, I am quite aware that I am signed in. Re-signing in does nothing. Oddly enough, it fixes itself sometimes, but only tempoary.

Any ideas?

Can you tell us what version of Messenger you are using exactly?

Yep. I am using 7.0.0813. My MsgPlus version is 3.54.132.
