Daryl: To remove that list in Dutch Windows you have to delete the Credentials folder in C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft

That doesn't work if you use Dutch Windows either, it's just a shortcut to the same thing in Windows. Just like going to controlpanel > useraccounts > your accountname > manage passwords brings you to the same screen.
