If that doesn't work:
Check your ZA Overview > Product Info to confirm you have ZA 6.0.631.003 installed and not ZA 6.0.631.002. If you do, then it would seem ZA is not 'remembering' your setting which usually means a corrupt database. Try a reset. When you reset your database, you will lose all your customizations and program permissions.

2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
4. Reboot Windows.
