Too soon to take guesses, IMO. It's all based on a quote. 
But, if it's true, I hope MSAS dies and gets thrown to the sea. I've never seen such a crappy anti-spyware...

iv'e used it on my step fathers PC ..i didnt think it was that good.. i use Ad-Aware an another i Pay for,, both do an excellent job

I agree with Regexp*, the GUI might look good, but as an antispyware, it sucks major *****...
