After the release of Google Talk BETA, after reading the thread about the future of Messenger Plus! and after a bottle of Scotch, I thought to myself: what if Patchou made a Plus! extension to Google Talk?  Google Talk BETA has only just been released and is currently lacking in terms of features, but is still a great program and I'm sure many people would be happy to switch to it from MSN Messenger.

I think that a Google Talk extension would be awesome.  It would increase the popularity of the new IM client considerably and I'm sure that most people would enjoy seeing Google kicking Microsoft's ass even more than it's already doing.

What do you think, Patchou?

I don't think Patchou will make a Plus! version for Google Talk, because he's allready working on the one for MSN Messenger and it's a time consuming project.

I know that, but in theory it would be nice if he did EVENTUALLY.  Just a suggestion.
