Brian could you do a redirection like :

http://www.msnsphere.net/sign.png to http://www.msnsphere.net/sign.php

Because some forum do not alow .php extention in the [img] tag 

Do you know how to do that?

On a Cpanel Admin just use the redirect tool

Or add in your .htaccess file a ligne like this :

Just do,
http://www.msnsphere.net/sign.php?ext=.png
works for me
