O.P. Dodgy  i cant get it to work
okay is there some secret command to get the dialogue to show? because when i start messanger plus nothing happens.

Because there is no dialog? Did you try looking in the 'Plus!' menu in MSN Messenger? 8-)

im trying to get bk's winamp plugin to work i want it to show the filename can you tell me the command.

BK's Winamp Extension is a simple plugin for Messenger+
allowing user to automatically send ID3 or file path
to its friends.  There is also a command to automatically
send playing song.

Actually, it supports only ID3v1 and Lyrics3 tags but if
their is enough demands, it could easily support ID3v2

(!XWAFN)    Sends Filename (path)
(!XWAST)    Sends Title (ID3v1)
(!XWASAR)    Sends Artist (ID3v1)
(!XWASAL)    Sends Album (ID3v1)
(!XWASG)    Sends Genre name (ID3v1)
(!XWASFI)    Sends full ID3v1 infos
