I'd like to know if this program is accurate in reporting which contact's have blocked you and/or deleted you:

It is accurate in reporting what contacts have deleted you (you can view this yourself in the MSNM options. It tells you which contacts have added you. Then you just do the math).

It isn't possible to find out who has blocked you.

How do I do that?

Tools > Options > Privacy > Click "View" (See who has you added to their contact list)
