In response to your question, Patchou (the developer) usually selects testers, or asks potential testers to contact him. At the moment, as far as I am aware; he is not looking to 'recruit' more testers. If you would like to become a helpful and an active member of this community, your chances will improve as people know you can be trusted and see you are able to test the program in the near future.
