i use mozilla firefox 1.0.7 and i have some troubles with it although this has happened in previous versions. sometimes when i am surfing the net, firefox kinda freezes and so i quit it and try to open it up again but it comes up with this thing from the "Quality Feeback Agent" and tells me to choose a new profile. i tried to use the default profile but it wouldnt load then either. in the end i end up installing firefox all over again.

Does any1 hav a solution to my problem?

what about Extensions?.. a incompatible Extension can cause these kinda problems

well the only extensions i hav r firefox skins but even b4 i installed these the problem was occuring

do a lil test for me, ( you can keep the old Profile there ) but making a New test Profile

START > RUN > firefox.exe -profilemanager

an Hit OK or Press ENTER an Create anNew Profile but call it some Name, dont leave it as Default, an see how that goes,  if it works better, what you can do is this, Import/export your old Bookmarks in the new Profile

I have had this problem. It's just that firefox is just slow..it doesn't jam. Therefore, ctrl +alt +del and click processes. End the process firefox.exe and there you go. Enjoy.
