O.P. Freeing cache

How can I easly delete all CE/DP images from the cache? i know it's not much space but i want to clear them because they're just too much!
When I'm checking them with Stuffplug's CEDP stealer and Sherv.net CEDP stealer i found out i have almost 800 images.... i want to clear them to easly know wich ones are newer.

delete your internet temporary files...

open ie option (you can do it from control panel) then delete files.
