pinning emoticons

recently, i have problems pinning my custom emoticons

i go to My Emoticons and pin the emoticons I want
but whenever i signout and sign back in, the emoticons I pinned are not pinned anymore

msn doesn't seem to save my preferences

why is that?

i installed msn Plus......is this a possible reason?

A) it is called msgplus

B) No, msgplus will not do ANYTHING without your consent.

C) do you have any options ticked in

Tools > Options > Security > Do not save <Such and such>

D) are you using any plugins or smiley enhancer programs i.e. smiley central?

ok....now it works after changing some options under Preferences of MessengerPlus

took me a while tho~ cos my msgplus is not in english

thnx guys for helping

but for some reason.....i can only pin 39/40 emoticons now

Most people say they sign out but simply close MSNM.
