RE: IE and ZA issue
Boot up into Safe Mode

Step 2: You need to do a clean uninstall of current firewall.

Delete the Folder of C:\Program Files\Zone Labs
You need to clean up your registry of any zone labs entry
(Please back – up your registry before doing this else there will be problems!!!)
Click on start
Click on Run
Type “regedit”
Click on “OK (The registry editor will load)
Look for a folder called HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, double click this.
Double click a sub-folder called “Software”
Delete the sub-folder “Zone Labs”
Delete the contents of “C:\windows\internet logs\”

Step 3: do a clean install

Be sure what product you purchased!!!

Go to www.zonelabs.com.au/updates
Select the Product your purchased
Click download button
Once you have saved it to your machine double click the file which you have downloaded.
The installer will start up and run you through a series of instructions and steps.

This should resolve the problem and you should be able to access your email.

If the problem still persists, please change the settings of Generic Host Process for win32 Services
