I CAN"T UNINSTALL msn 7.0 from my computer i installed 7.5 and 7.0 was still there my computer kept freezing so i figured it was because of 7.0 still being there so i tryed to uninstall it and it comes up and say's

this patch package could not be opened. verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer patch package.

anyone know how to remove it and also stop my computer from freezing?????

- Uninstall MSNM 7.5
- Reboot
- Try to uninstall MSNM 7.0, if it doesn't work reinstall MSNM 7.0 then uninstall (it most likely won't as MSNM 7.5 overwrote certain files)
- Reinstall MSNM 7.5
