me and my contact have the exact msn messenger versions (7.5.0311), both have latest Plus! and both have mess.be custom games patch applied... anyhow my service seems to work fine while my contact gets "unavailable"... any ideas?.. the location (through msn profile) is also the same for both...

There is a service indicator on there site, http://games.mess.be/. You could try uninstalling the patch and installing it again.

the patch of the other contact is freshly installed...

Its quite possible that his firewall or other internet security software is preventing him to contact the proper service servers.

windows firewall is disabled and nothing else of that matter is installed...

when I signed in on his computer, the games list appeared perfectly - when he signed in it was suddenly unavailable again...
