i dunno, cuz when i open task manager and i move my mouse over a menu, it doesn't show which application is slow because cpu 2 busy, and when its back to normal, it shows normal
By the way (i'm sure Chris4 knows this ) System Idle Process using high percentages of CPU is perfectly fine. Basicially if System Idle Process is using 100% CPU, it means your CPU is completely idle and not using any of itself.
