O.P. cpu full
after the pc was up for 8-10 hours, whenever i move my mouse over anything with a mouseover or any menu, for some reason it takes up 100% of my cpu for a couple of seconds

happened ever since i installed windows fx and after i defragged

Killing windowsFX doesn't help, restarting does

By the way (i'm sure Chris4 knows this :P) System Idle Process using high percentages of CPU is perfectly fine. Basicially if System Idle Process is using 100% CPU, it means your CPU is completely idle and not using any of itself.
