O.P. Loading users from other PC
I want to know how can i make one PC read the profiles (user configurations, start menu, if possible My Documents too, etc.) from another computer?

You mean, loading a profile with all the settings and stuff in a computer different from the one that hosts the profile in a network? Or move/copy a profile to another computer?

Only possible with XP Professional, if you set up roaming profiles.
