I am having problems with my msn. It closes just after I sign in and write some words.. simply closes. I've just reinstall msn and messenger plus and it is still with the same problem. I've run norton and there is no virus.. i've run adaware and there is nothing.. I don't what is happen with it. Can you help me please. My e-mail is monicaroif@hotmail.com. Thanks a lot!!
Would you like to give some version numbers? Make sure it is all the numbers i.e. 3.62.146. To find out just type (!VER) in a coversation and copy/paste what is there.
What plugins are you running (version numbers again please)? To find out just type (!PVER) in a coversation and copy/paste what is there.
Lots of plugins might affect the messenger from slowing down or even it might just stop and closes.
If you have any unused unnecessary plugin/s, you can uninstall it. Hope this help.
