Hi, having looked all voer google for advice ive come to no avail.

The problem is on my girlfriends computer if she say has msn open and receives a msg from 2 people the entire thing closes. leaving her with just the wallpaper background (all the taskbar etc go aswell) 2 seconds later the taskbar reapears but every program previously running has gone.

So her msn is basicly restarting every other minute.


does anyone have any ideas as to how i can help her fix this as ive not been able to find any info on it anywhere else.

Please try to install a clean new version of msn messenger, Hopefully that will fix the error.
