O.P. Huh?  Messenger PLUS! notice occur exceptionally
After I install Microsoft MMC 3.0 on Windows XP Professional, the Messenger PLUS! notice occur exceptionally... (when my friend logoff or change nickname)

System state :
Windows OS : Windows XP Professional with SP2 (up to date) (Language : Chinese Traditional)
MSN Messenger : 7.5.0324
Messenger PLUS! : 3.63.148

Does this occur for all toasts? Or just the Messenger Plus! toasts?

Also, try installing Plus! in English temporarily and seeing if the problem still occurs
