MY MSN IS 8.0 , I HAVE DOWNLOAD Messenger Plus 3.6 AND INSTALL IT.BUT I AM UNABLE  USE

doesnt work with WLM8 isnt designed to work with WLM8 uninstall it & wait for Messenger Plus Live 4

Messenger Plus 3.63 only works with MSN Messenger 7.5 an below

currently messenger plus! 3.6 does not work with Windows Live messenger (also known as MSN 8.0),  there is however Messenger Plus! Live 4.0 which is being develouped as we speak

Just wait for the Public BETA of Messenger Plus! Live to be released.

And as a note to anybody else considering making a thread like this, next time use the search facility that is provided, as this has been answered way too many times.

And please don't post in caps in this forum.

And please why not just post one reply pointing to About Messenger Plus! for Windows Live Messenger (MSN 8) and leave it at that? It's what we got that post for afterall.

There is no need to uninstall 3.63 as this will not work on WLM anyway (won't do any harm)...but Plus!Live will be able to import settings from it, so if you have changed settings in that it's best not to uninstall.
