I am unaware of any feature of MSN that allows this but there is a feature in Messenger Plus! that will make it easier to visit links in a contacts PSM.

Right click the contact > Messenger Plus! Extras > Open Internet Link > www.whatever.com

Note: for your contacts to click it, they obviously need Messenger Plus! installed

There's an option in StuffPlug-NG which let you click URLs in nicknames. Unfortunaly, there ain't a feature for personal messages. Remember that your contacts need StuffPlug-NG with the 'Make URLs in nicknames clickable' feature activated too!

Update Plus! to the latest version (3.63.148), and have another look.
