Im not sure what you are trying to ask, is it that you need the japanese launguege support or you need english support? Francais?

I think it view those languages requires certains fonts to be installed Not 100% sure.

He can't view the asiatic symbols with MsgPlus! that's what he means.

It isn't irrelevant, just not mandatory. He's explaining why his Plus! is in French and why he and his friend have got nicknames with oriental characters.

He's just reporting a problem with Plus! logs.

if you want msgplus to show the asiatic symbols and stuffs, you should turn the non-unicode display in the Regional and languages settings to korean/japanese, for korean/japanese to be displayed properly. However, if you do that, the french accents won't be displayed properly anymore, so it gots anoying :/
