O.P. Wink  HELP ME (can't see emoticons in contact list)
help im new at Messenger Plus i assigned a short name for someone and a box came up i clicked ok and proceeded and now i cant see any emoticons on my contact list

When you assign nicknames to your contacts, I don't think emoticons show up.

Turn off custom names in Plus!: Plus > preferences > contactlist
