I would like to see if someone would make this for me, if they wouldn't thats fine... but does anyone know where I can download some free ones and just change a picture and the text to make it my own? Thankyou,

you want a free web template that ain't shit... that's a bit of an oxymoron tbh... the majority of free web templates are crap... plus it's highly doubtful you'll get a flash template. However, if you still want a decent looking website, i'll edit this post and put up a good website for free designs (i forgot the name, it's a css one that's pretty awesome)

you veiw the designs on the design page, choose one you want the download the html source and css sheet so you can modify it.... it's a pretty awesome site with some really good designs on...

EDIT2: i suppose for this design construction to work you need to know a basic of html and css though.... just realised, but meh, in my opinion you won't get a decent site otherwise
