O.P. Not Messenger Plus related - nowhere else to post
Does anyone know an application that can be used similar to web based clients, but which can be installed locally?

I.E something liek www.iloveim.com but which I can install on my comp.

An application which will not directly connect to MSN, as this is blocked in my office.

Or maybe point somehwere where I can get more help :D
