What happened to this wonderful feature? I mean the panel that opened using a shortcut key.

I looked into the Script Documentation but I couldn't find something that offered assistance into making one script for this.

It has not been coded back in dispite the requets during testing. Remember the feature contained emoticons which Plus! organised so it is a hard feature to code . It may return in a future version.
